Chef Mario's signature dishes include homemade gnocchi with a gorgonzola and walnut sauce; fresh ravioli stuffed with lobster in a lobster brandy sauce with shrimp and fresh arrugola; risotto with porcini mushrooms and truffle oil; sliced New York Strip steak with extra virgin olive oil, rosemary and black peppercorn presented on a sizzling hot iron grill; Chicken Milanese; and freshly grilled panini sandwiches served at lunch.
A traditional Pizzaiolo tends to the wood-burning oven, serving up more than 13 selections of hot, crispy pizzas with fresh flavors ranging from the wild mushrooms with truffle oil and fontina cheese of la pizza del boscaiola, to Rustica, with spicy Tuscan sausage on tomato sauce, roasted peppers and smoked mozzarella.
Upon entering Bella Brava, guests are invited to the antipasti bar, overflowing with a unique variety of chilled antipasti created daily by Chef Mario. Mussels, white sardines, bakala, house-cured olives, and much more greet each guest, with every day bringing new and exciting tastes.
